not to sure about the wheels though :odd: .....
I'm not 100% behind the idea of TVR going into F1 because I see them as more kind of sports car specialists and not F1. Although there F1 power plants in F1 could be kool :) .
 
What the offical TVR Team becausre TVR`S, already rzce in Le Mans.
 
hey guys, could I join? More an old-school rotor kind of guy, but can't go past the TVRs. They're pretty awesome I reckon. Even put a thingy in my sig
 
The nearly got won the british GT championship, but half way through the race, a marcos lost it infront of the TVR contending for the champioship (who was on track to win it) and took him clean out. So he came third i think in the championchip and Mosler came 1st and second.

Yeah. Though there's always next year, and Le Mans next year if they go back. I hope they do, it's getting so tedious with really the majority of the cars in the GT3/GTS catagerory being 911 GT3's, maybe with the odd Spyker and Morgan (which both do rubbishaly). I'd love to see the T440R's whop there ass. Though can anyone tell me, in the Brit GT series, the 911 GT3's are a lot slower and are in a different class to the TVR's yet at Le Mans the TVR#'s were quite a bit slower, and were in the same class. What's going on there?? Are the 911 GT3's to a different spec in Le Mans or is it the TVR's???

I'm pretty sure the Porches are built to a different spec for Le Mans, where as the TVRs are the same for both races. Either that or the setup is completley different.
 
Also the tracks that they run on in the BGTC, are usually short and twisty. Where as Le Mans is very long and fast, so completly differnt to what the TVR's are used to running on.:confused:

That I can believe. I think they're tuned for handling, not for outright speed. :)

Insane race and a nasty crash.

Got some before and after shots, will dig them out and post.

I saw that race, guy was lucky to escape without serious injury.

cheers for the info TVRKing, i'm thinking about changing the cerbera during the summer time for something a bit more outragous. £75000 seems quite a lot so i'll have to see how the money flow is, do you know if they have to be specialy ordered?

AFAIK you don't have to specificaly order an R version, you can just walk in and ask for one. :)
