I hate that place with a passion. Just after 3pm today the courage judd gv5 rolled up. I was like WTF. So 3 hrs of grinding for 4m later I go back into the UCD and it's gone.

Unfortunately mate every race you do updates the UCD and it takes 6 races to fully update it so basically grinding for 4 million credits you probably missed out on about 10 complete refreshes!
i'll keep that in mind, im getting one at reset tonight, but i grinded in the hope that i might have been able to save on a trade, when i am looking for about 10 cars prior to the cut off on the third.
