What are your experiences with this? I feel like it's a major flaw in the game, that others collisions with you, affect your own SR. Everyone starts at B, and then it goes downhill quickly. It's kind of a vicious circle, because as your SR drops, you will be placed in opponent-groups with players with the same lower SR, which will result in more collisions, which will send you further down the drain SR-wise, and so on.. Do you think it will be fixed later on?

Console wise this is something that has never been right if ever implemented, Does it actually work on iRacing?

No. It may be tweaked - and probably will be continually throughout the game's life - but it won't be 'fixed' as it seems to be working exactly as PD want it to.

If you watch the Racing Etiquette videos, there is a brief mention (probably in-between several mentions of "makes you look bad") of keeping an eye out for other people's crashes and avoiding getting tangled in them. The system's intent appears to be for you to develop your situational awareness.
