Standard practice is to post up all your race paramters here for everyone to see and if need be, you can link to an external site for other purposes. I'd also strongly suggest you look up other major series and see how they go about determining penalties, clean driving etc. 20 races would be the longest series I've ever seen on GTP by a large factor...something you might want to reconsider given dwindling participation and the fact that many series see a large drop off in participation after just a few races.
