Looks like the "standard" cars doesn't have damage (or at least no cosmetic damage).

I'm not that impressed by the damage, but nice to finally have it in GT.

Seems indeed the 'normal' cars don't have damage..
Let's hope the whole damage thing can be adjusted to the point where you choose damage on all cars, not just on your own car.

I could load the whole video. Well, it's not that great tbh.

Damage on the Rallye Impreza ( Tokyo track ) : doors missing, bumpers hanging down, hood is up ( you can see the engine ). Actually I have to agree here : At least from what we see in that video, even 2 year old Forza 2 is better.

Also : the other cars don't have any damage at all

The thing is : Crashing the Impreza into the wall with aproximately 50+ mph only results in minor damage, no real deformation of the core structures so to say.

Yeah plus they have all modelled interiors and much better damage for all the cars,... i dont car about 1000 cars... if they had 500 done well tha t would be ok

It has no sense to have only some cars with damages... i mean i run with a road car and i destroy all the other race cars and win easily

No, I meant when the game launches, only when rallying you could have damage, and only to your car (if it's WRC you are alone on track).

And then later they will expand that to all cars, everywhere.

From Gaf.

So this kind of confirms that all thousand cars (yes 1000 car, holy crap) will have cockpit view, but not all will have damage.

Good enough for me.. that video looks AMAZING btw..

And i was the only one who beleive that some few hours ago, seemed most logical given the evidence to me

Ok. I only saw rally cars with damage (may be wrong, correct me if so).

It's unclear from the translation what "only x cars damage" means.

So, considering it has WRC logo on it, and you would be racing as in a real rally, against the clock, alone on track, this could mean you would only have damage in that situation.

And I mean at launch. Not this demo, and the video on a road track. It's a demo, they can do anything.

[QUOTE You do have quite some self-esteem, don't you?[/QUOTE]

Well it does feal good when like 95% people flame you, ridicule you and say your wrong. And i happened to be right

It was the only logical way given the evidence in my book

I may have missed it, but I didn't see anyone flaming you for that. Also, I have posted the same conclusion earlier in this thread, and noone flamed me for that.

Look at the first page of my thread though, and read the comments.
Ok i'll chill, TBH i'm more annoyed than anything, that damage looks lame, i really hope it's adjustable but unlikely
