There are a lot of interesting cars in GT3; the Skyline GT-R. the Zonda, the Tuscan. However, most of them are production cars; concept cars, however, are rare in GT3. One especially elusive concept is the Nissan Z. Which race will I need to win in order to get my hands on one? Also, what are your impressions of the Z? How well does it perform stock, and how well does it respond to modification in your opinion?

Listen m8, you can test it in Arcade Mode, by doing hard single races (thats the stock version), if not then i think you can get it in amatuer league, when you do.... gt championship,it is quite hard to get, but it is possible, you might even win the gt-one road car!!! whayyyyy. i 'm not sure but try it, i'll check back again to verify it properly, ok.

Think of the :nissan: Z as a baby :nissan: Skyline, and you'll like it.

yea, what weird is if u do the gaint championship its not worth it. The gt1 road is better. The nissan z is like the viper concept car. Not worth it...

I like the Z quite allot, that and the RX-8 the Z `s handling Stock or modifed is very stable. The only bad thing is that its not turbocharged. Oh and a newer version of the Z is in GTConcept, and its NOT ORANGE (although I do like the orange brake calipers)

I won the Nissan Z the first time through that series randomly. I have never used it though. It did perform quite well in the Polyphony Cup on Pro....

CHeck the prize car list near the top of this forum. You can get the Z in a race and for getting all golds in a license. IB, I think.

I didn't get it until after I got 100% and started collecting cars. Got it for all golds. It's pretty nice, I think. And as far as concept cars in GT3, there's also the RX-8 and Viper Concept, all of which are going into production, I believe.

You do know there's a GT Concept? It depends on when (if?) it'll be relased in your country.

I like the look of the Z but I never liked the performance. I was very suprised with the RX-8 when I tuned it. I was going around Laguna Seca faster then my fully tuned Camaro SS!!

For me I seem to always manage to get the Z. However by this time in GT3, I just don't really care to much about that car.

I've driven the Z many times, and it's not really reasponsive...the RX-8 is better, lovely rotary sound, great handeling, and pretty good performance...

What troy? how could you not notice the difference between a free revving, smooth Rotary, and a normal V6? Not to spite the Renisis revs to 9k RPM...

I like how the rotaries start out, at 1000rpm. The blob-blob sound;)

V12's blob better though!

that's really only with the 787B(26R) engine...the RX-8s and RX-8 normally idle very smoothly and quietly...

I always thought it was RenEsis...

But the Z is a great car. I think though, that you would have to be a big fan of the Z line to appreciate it.

I got my hands on the Z, and after spending a small fortune on it, reset my PS2 and finished the last race of the Amateur GT Championship to get the GT-One instead.

There is a difference ... turn up your TV and you'll hear it... it's kinda hard to describe , but i'm sure you'll get it...
