You should definetly try to work more with Shutter Speed and Focal Lenghts.
Makes the whole picture a lot better (even without further editing)

Shutter Speed: 1/60 - 1/250
Focal Length: f1.0 - f8.0
Panning Mode: 3
Focus: The closet point to the camera (right front light for example)
