Three words: Spontaneous Human Combustion

WARNING: Graphic content in link. » http://skepdic.com/shc.html

One day, when exiting a movie, my dad told me about mysterious cases of people people burning to death for no apparent reason. Mind, you he wasn't relating it to "hellfire and brimstone" or any of that nonsence; only that people had a billion-to-one chance of buring for no reason.

Naturally, as a five-year-old, I privately freaked-out about this for a few years! Then, it just made no sense how it could occur.

I used to believe that if I jumped in the air and could just forget to land, I would fly. This of course never happened and so I can never believe it. This is a bummer because I really wanted to fly.

Did you happen to read a little too much Douglas Adams when you were a kid? ;)

In case of elevator or plane crash onto the ground, I used to think that if you jump right before the crash, you'll be unaffected.

Mike Rotch thought it was spam, just because he thought posting in there just gets your total posts up.
I really liked that thread, but I do see where he's coming from. Thanks for the info, G.T! :) 👍

I believed that the R32 GTS-t Skyline was going to be my first real life car since it treated me so well in GT2....

That everyone has their match (in marriage.)
