I'll head over to the closest mall and inquier about jobs there from the stores that i wanna work at. If i dont get one there i'll go to the next closest mall and do the same thing. And if i dont get a job there either i'll go to ace hardware and see if they have any job openings.

Best of luck to you on your adventure into the working world!

My only advice is to stay out of the food industry - YUCK.

I've already had a job, at my grandparents Orchid Greenhouse in Kensington, Maryland the past 2 summers, and i got banned for driving the car for a month so i get to walk to the mall and search for a job.

I had to tell my dad about the slick tire becuz the car is getting an oil change this weekend and he would have found out then so i had to tell him yesterday so i wouldnt get into deeper crap when he found out by himself and been more pissed at me than he already is.

What slick tire? You mean you balled a tire ... oh you were doing donuts weren't you? Seems familiar. So buy a new tire, get the oil changed, and keep your mouth shut. (:

Well to buy the tire and get the oil changed i would need money, a commoddity i do not have so i had to tell him.

Well my experience of jobs at college age was Pizza places, clothes stores or DIY supermarkets. I ended up at the latter for two years (at the weekend) through art college for my degree. It wasn't too bad. If you show even the slightest bit of intellegence over the usual staff IQ levels, they'll put you in the cash office or something so you can sit around all day. ;) TIP: Earn their trust, then skank 'em and leave... 😈 hehehe. Must have had a few hundred quids worth of stuff out of there.

Perhaps I shouldn't be telling you this... :tapedshut

Wellpoint rules! :)

It sucks as the usually never pay you. Or is that just me?

I enjoyed volunteering 30 hours per week after school.

Now I have 2 jobs, and I get payed for them, too! One of them, with cash. Ooh goody!

Once again, the best money you will ever make is made through mowing lawns. It's good for you, and you get payed too much for doing the work. You have to be dedicated and you have to do a good job, but it's like that with anything that needs to be taken seriously.
