you're joking, right?
Yeah, so Friday I get home from work to find I'd been robbed. NO PS3. NO GAMES. NO BLUE-RAY. NO LAPTOP. NO HARD DRIVE. NO NOTHING.

Won't be able to participate in the second Event I just signed up for so I apologize about that. I CAN afford another one right now, BUT, getting a car is a bit more important right now.

SO, sorry if this post not exactly in the exact spot, but I'm still a little pissed and thought circumstances being what they are I'd be forgiven this one time.

Thanks.

Sorry to hear you got robbed! Hope you get some insurance money. As well I hope they cut the balls of the crook that stole it!

damn,thats a major blow indeed man!!...feel bad for you..........................basterds!!!!!....👎👎👎

spyrrari.

That's bad, Sorry to hear that. Hope they catch those thieving 🤬

It's not on eh....society expects us to participate in contributing to the system. We do our part by going to to work, and some lazy (choose you own) removes your choice of rewards. It IS a failed system, even with insuranses, this doesn't compensate the time or the distress of coming home to a virtual raping of your personal space.

I feel for ya bro!

Not just that, but people now a days have no respect for others property. Vandalism and theft are very comon these days. And the punishment for these is not as bad as lets say in the 1800's where you may loose your hand for those crimes. It's not just the economies fault as people like to blame. It is society's fault.
Hope you get your insurance ok and catch the bastard JWC!

Sorry to hear about this. I'll change your DQ in the event to a withdrawal. I know that doesn't replace your belongings, but at least you won't have a DQ on your GTP_Tag.

Big time bummer dude. :indiff::sick:

What goes around, comes around, and whoever the bastards are that did this, they'll get their's soon enough.

I do hope/assume that you filed a police report. You need to get Gil Grissom (CSI) in there to find some trace evidence. Better yet, the hot blonde MILF.

Best of luck, in getting things back together.:)👍

Now accepting applications for theft prevention action!

It was at night, my roomie came to scoop me up around 1020pm EST and by the time we got back around 1100pm we were had. Naturally filed a report, but that's a whole 'nother story...I live in a small town where you'd think the police would be able to track someone down, but apparently their too busy doing real police work giving tickets out and sleeping on the job.....

...virtual rapist... that's actually accurate; I like it. People in general have no respect for other peoples things and it downhills into thievery which is lamentable on an objective level. *sigh* Hypocrisy is human nature in words and action: Do as I say and not as I do.

Thanks for your patience...

I know this may not help, but in situations like these it's often someone you know that's responsible, especially if they only took the PS3 and all it's accessories. It seems to me that whoever broke in probably watched your roommate leave and thought, let's break in. Do you have any neighbours you think are capable of this, especially ones who know you have a PS3. You say it's a small town so there can't be many places to sell the stuff, have you been to see if anyone has sold or tried to sell your stuff there. I know the police should do it, but if your's are like mine they wont, you have a better chance of finding the criminals yourself. I hope they catch whoever has done this because if they don't I wouldn't be surprised if you were robbed again, you need to address how they got in to stop it happening again. Once again good luck in getting your things back and I hope the criminals get what they deserve.

Terrible news man, my deepest sympathies.

I worked my ass off and spent a long time finally justifying purchases like my PS3 and HDTV alongside rent, bills etc, so I value them incredibly highly. I've just moved out into my first flat and I still haven't gotten over the paranoia of leaving my stuff unguarded at home so every time I come back to the flat I do breathe a small sigh of relief to see the TV and PS3 etc still there.

I cannot imagine what a major invasion this must feel like, but if my fears are anything to go by, you deserve all the sympathy and goodwill you are receiving 👍

All the best
Maz

Thats the thing im talking about. Some ppl like u get their PS3s robbed and some ppl ps3s dies, and some ppl die, All waiting for a chance to play GT5 but they won't in the end. sick of w8ing.

If what they took is that specific, I'd be thinking of random people who have been there recently, have you had any parties, odd people over, service workers etc inside? Have any friends with big mouths and sketchy acquaintances?

Keep your eye on ebay, you can search for items within a certain number of miles from where you live, it might turn up there.

Pretty crappy situation, hope it ends well for you.

Naturally someone i know stole my stuff and inferences have been made and known to the authorities; but you're right in the way of I need to find out myself.

This is the second time I've been jacked and I've had people come and go all the time at the past residence. However, recent info has revealed the last break in(2 years ago) has been confirmed indirectly by word of mouth through close friends. To add to this another friend of mine had his wheels stolen where he left his car at a "friends" place several months ago. The thief has been confirmed, but still the suspects are too many.

I'm not the type of person to just point fingers at people and hope I'm right; however, I do have it narrowed down to two people and I'm playing it by ear. As I've no other choice even with the cops help(as limited as that is).

Needless to say, no one has posted anything that I haven't already considered w/ all due respect. Once I DO find out who it was you can count on a serious beat down as soon as I see him. Period. If I can find another way to perhaps sabotage him I will(preferring only self defense as a last resort to violence).

I truly thank you guys for you help and concern and I'm glad to know others feel my pain. As generous as I am I am not a well of infinite patience. I will have my due and he'll be lucky to be able drive anywhere when and if I decide to be forgiving/compassionate.

No more post please, as this is a touchy subject. I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things around June(birthday June 17) and if not, perhaps in December when(hopefully) GT5 is released! Thanks again for your concern my friends!

I can't stand theives, it just bugs the crap out of me. This goes out to all of the theives out there, "GET AN 'F'ing JOB U LAZY Basturds!" Working at Wal-Mart, theft is a daily occurance here.

There are some real scum bags out there these days I'm afraid. Sorry to hear of your loose, at least they didn't wreck the place for the "fun" of it.

Hope the insurance pays up as I don't think the police will catch these b@st@rd and get your stuff back.
