Get a level 23 ticket, you can back up your data and re-use the ticket until you get the car(s)

there are +1000 cars in the game. 200 of those are premium purchasable from the dealership. Each event from Aspec and Bspec yeilds a standard prize car.
The other +700 cars are available from the used dealership(cycles randomly) or online dealership(PD puts out a select number of cars, sometimes at discounted prices, usually rare or seasonal specific cars).

Yeah i've got plenty of credits after that supercar festival trick, just can't locate the car

I keep getting beaten by it on track. Probably because i'm stubborn about no assists

Even if your level isn't high enough cars will still show up in the UCD. You've probably just missed it. I remember waiting a month before the Speed 12 showed it's face again. It should be available from a Level 23 ticket or it will show up in an OCD refresh.

In this case it doesn't - cars of a new value of above 1,000,000 credits cannot be gifted.

The three Pescarolo LMP cars are all available in the Used Car dealership, as the sticky thread says, because they are Standard cars. You can also get them from the Level 23 ticket awarded from the Expert seasonal event from two weeks back. Level 23 tickets can be gifted, so perhaps you'll have more luck finding someone willing to gift you one of those instead.

I got two red mirrored ones, and I'm willing to deal mine (No mileage added, completely stock) for a green mirrored one, but PD hates Capitalism apparently.

And yes youll be GREEN with envy as the £4mill c60 Hybride 05 has green mirrors as its car number 16. not number 17 .

There are at least 5 Pescarolos, and I'm fairly certain there are actually 6. Each year has 2 cars, each car in that year has one with green mirrors and one with red mirrors, they also have different numbers. I have both colors of the '04 and '05 and am pretty sure that 2 of the '03's exist also. I need to glitch a 23 ticket to try and get the second '03 to complete the collection, but just haven't spent the time to do it yet.

Sorry, but we can't trade this car, its value is over 1M credits. Would gladly have. Just be patient & keep looking, it'll turn up sooner or later...

Just trade for a level 23 ticket, with a little patience you can get all the Pescarolos from it.

Yeah I knew they couldn't be traded, hence the capitalism remark .

For some reason all other Peskys keep coming up, but number 16 Hybrid is that girl that keeps getting away from me.
