From what I see neither one of them could make a "drag run" because a supercharged car has to have the supercharger bolted down to the car with "belts" before they can run on a dragstrip.

I wouldn't imagine that'd be the case for any 'door-slammer', non-pro. league.

It's not the case here, and the only cars I've seen like that are running alcohol.

But your rules might be different.
