I would love to see this track in GT5. As far as I know the only game that has it is the TC2000 Simulator here in Argentina (based on rFactor).

I did one lap at normal speeds. Keep in mind the oncoming traffic and the fact that I had my family in the car so there's nothing crazy. The track is awesome. It would have been great to have a go at it alone without traffic. Maybe I'll rent a Nissan GT-R for the next FIA GT race. Only 50,000 Euros LOL.

The track is only two years old in its current form and is mostly unknown outside of Argentina. That's why it ranks so low on that list. The FIA GT drivers love it and constantly compare it with Spa.
