What is the point of A-Spec points?

Been asked...search for the answer in the many other threads about it...and look in the stickies

Welcome to GTP.
Most of these type of questions are covered in the FAQ,s which are stickied at the top of the list.
Have a good read there first to brush up on basic GT4 facts.
Most things are covered.
Do not get upset if a mod comes and locks this thread.
