Well, I received an email back today... they say my shipment will be mid Feb.

I'm waiting for a reply from an e-mail about replacing my broken CS pedals, these guys sure take long enough to reply.

I used their webform for contact. I included all the information they requested in the form, and an explanation of what I needed. I send that request on the 30th, and received an email back today.

Not that this is the place to discuss this...

However, there has been a wink at the end of all my posts, since I started here (for the most part). Just as Famine has Indigo text, I have a wink. It's become a bit of a habit at this point, to be honest.

On subject....

It has been 2 and a half weeks since I sent a support email about my CS pedals not functioning properly, and I have yet to get a response, so I'd say that having their stuff together is definitely not yet the case.

Took me a month to hear back from them about my problem. Now I haven't heard back since, been almost another month.
 
Yep, that's what I used... received a reply in less than 48hrs.
 
Well I thought I was set once I heard back from Armin after a month. Figured it would just be soon after that my problem would be taken care of. I was obviously wrong. I already resent my email thinking maybe it didn't make it about 2 weeks ago. I have no clue what else to do, don't want to keep submitting my claim but I want a set of pedals that work correctly.
 
have you used the support form, instead of an email? Make sure you order/invoice number is included, etc.?
 
Well that's the thing, when I first submitted through the site I put my order number in so they have it already, and like I said I have already heard from Armin once. He asked me to send vids to him via mediafire or directly to his email. I sent them directly to him thinking that would speed up the process. Hopefully I'll hear something soon, 2 months with pedals that are screwing up is very annoying.

Oh I see... yea. I completely understand your frustration then. I would be pretty upset about it as well.
 
I am also having troubles with getting my pedals replaced. I have sent a video to Armin also. He actually told me not to host the video on youtube...

My pedals(clubsport) worked for 10 days before they stopped working....I actually regret buying the fanatec setup...

I'm glad I found this, I thought I was the only one going though this painfull process...
 
ugh.. all these problems I see popping up with the CSP, I am not going to purchase them at this point.
 
In the first 10 days that mine were working, the pedals would just stop working. So I would turn everything off and check all the connections, turn it back on and it would work again. Then on the 10th day they just stopped working (in the middle of a race) and haven't worked since...nothing on the pedals work...
 
Sounds very similar to my story. The brake on my clubsport pedals stopped working. I got a response from Armin about a week after I submitted my request for support. I repsonded immetiately and even attached my invoice to the email. It's been 11 days (since my reply to his email) and I still haven't received any kind of response.
 
i guess i'll add my experience as well.

I got the GT3 RS wheel, Clubsport Pedals and the shifter set. It took a while for me to receive it.

Everything was working great for 1 whole day, then FFB started to go away and on the third the the wheel would not turn-on any more.

Response was ok, returned the items and i got a refund.

I would like to note that the pedals were great!
 
Well I still havent heard anything back since I have email my video. In the mean time I have went out and bought a g27. The best part about it, it hasn't stopped working :)
 
This and the other thread have really reduced my interest in Fanatec to almost nothing. I was going to consider purchasing one(911 Turbo S) for my new PC I'm building. However by the way it sounds you are lucky if you get everything you ordered.


Normally a smaller company equates to better customer service, not worse.

Same here. Makes my decision easier. A G27 or a G25 (if still available) would be the best choice.
 
I just received my shipping email. It ships "now", which probably means tomorrow. Hopefully I'll get it by Friday, Monday at the latest.
 
Hello interesting to reed this thread about the Fanatec!
The last week or so I had also had big problem with the standard pedals, then I'm under acceleration the brake was on (same time as the accelerator), it was not going to drive fast.
Monday ordered some new CSP, but today the standard pedals is OK, something in the game setting was wrong but I'm not sure what it was?
 
Finally heard back from Armin after another month. Told me I would be getting new electronics for my clubsports, that was almost 2 weeks ago. Looks like I'm playing the waiting game again. I hope getting my parts doesn't take a month like it did to here back from Armin each time. Just want my pedals fixed.
 
It took a month from my order date to receive my wheel. So far, I'm pleased with the service.
