Will Enkei RPF-1 ever be available?

It was available the first week of release. It is not usable on a lot of cars however. I missed one week of purchases and hope they re-release stuff. I did notice a couple paints being re released which gives me hope.

I wish the mileage exchange items were more expensive, I've bought everything as soon as its available and yet I'm still maxed out at 99,999 the day after.
