I think we should allow a certain amount of "thread about nothing" threads. If the amount is 2, then every "thread about nothing" thread made after the limit is reached is either deleted, moved to the recycling bin, or merged in with another "thread about nothing" thread.

Well I like all the threads I just dont like smilie threads. Really no point of them. The how many replies can we get thread is okay since you can just have off topic chat and stuff. Smilies if different cause who really wants to read something about smilies? All it is is a post gainer thread.
