As many have said, the Jag is a prize for doing the Indy 500, so that leaves the Ferrari and the Ford. If I was in your shoes, I'd go for the Mark IV, but the choice is up to you.

I just did a ninja edit actually because I put B-Spec originally but then I checked the prize car list.

The Ferrari is the fastest, but the worst handling. The Ford is the slowest with the best handling(in my opinion), along with having a great rumble.
