Thread question/prob

Hi, everyone. I am not sure exactly where to ask this, but I had a thread dedicated to people being allowed to enter photos in and I would choose my favourite and use them in one of my tuning garages. The way it worked was I would post a car name I was planing on doing a tune for next and wait a few days than come back and choose a photo from peoples submissions. It was working out really well for me as I didn't have to take my own photos and good for others because it would give their galleries more exposure.

So I go to edit it and I see my thread is gone. I didn't delete it or change anything and it seemed weird that it doesn't appear under my created threads. I look in the gt5 photo mode section and see it has been moved. Some mod merged the thread with a random one. Literally nothing at all to do with my thread. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=135059 I thought it was a mistake at first and they would fix it since everyone complained as well, but nothing has changed. My thread starts page 18 just randomly in the middle. Could someone please separate it again as I really don't want to have to create another thread saying the exact same things especially since so many peoples pictures are already in there.

Also if you are the mod who moved it please explain to me why it was merged with a random thread.
 
I can back shmogt up here, the threads should not have been merged. shhmogt's was a specialised photo request thread from which he gathered photos to use with his tune shop. It was merged with a JDM general gallery.
 
Erm, I have a feeling that this post caused the confusion, making it seem like the thread was for posting JDM cars. Then AMG. stepped in and merged the threads.

Still, LOL.

Ahah so that one idiot who posted pics of JDM just randomly caused everyone to freak out. So funny, makes no sense. Ignores the whole thread and his post is the only one that counts so they merged it.

Seriously tho I'm keeping it cool, but any mod who reads this please just undo it so I can get back to business.

don't come across as "keeping it cool."

If I get a chance to later I'll look into it. I'm not about to do it from my phone.
 
It looks like there may have accidentally been an extra thread merge in there.

Unfortunately, it looks like they'll all have to be separated manually. Sit tight folks... I'm going in.

(EDIT) - And we're back... though I have to ask: what's wrong with using the general request thread?

Personally I like having full control over the pics. It is much easier for me to keep track of who enter what photos and I don't have to worry about a bunch of extra random ones. Plus I can control the exact rules for how I want the pics taken.
