I read the guidelines mate.

I thought that, being all performance Ford's, I needn't make multiple threads one after the other. I understand you want to keep everything tidy, but it would be nice to have a little PM about it rather than it just disappearing.

I did that whole post on my phone. Copying and pasting picture links etc. No way can I be bothered to make 5 or so seperate threads. I would probably be told off for spamming no?

I don't understand why mine was deleted.. the four cars I was suggesting were all based on the same chassis and I can't see how that would constitute making four entirely separate threads to suggest them...

You're seriously suggesting that I make four separate threads - One for the NA model and one for the Turbo for two generations of the same model car.. I don't see how that is meant to keep things 'neat and tidy'

Assuming there was sufficient variation between the cars you were suggesting, then no, you wouldn't be accused of spamming.

Yes - one specific car per thread. Pick your preferred variation of the car, or the version you think would be the most popular, and suggest it. You can create threads for the other models, but they will run the risk of cannibalizing votes for each other, so that's something to keep in mind.

Ok Thankyou. I'm sure at some point I'll pull my finger out and re - do the Ford's with more info.

Thanks for the clarification and quick response.

So does that mean if someone were to suggest the Opel Speedster and the Vauxhall VX220 they should go in separate threads?

I can see this becoming so swamped with threads that someone sorting by "likes" will miss all new additions.

Technically, yes, but that's a fair example of a situation where both "models" could share a single thread.

Threads are sorted by most recent activity by default.
