Threads appearing as locked, but aren't

Don't know why, but just yesterday some threads are appearing with the little lock icon, yet they aren't locked. I'm using an iPod Touch with iOs 5 if that helps.

Could you point out the thread(s) in question or should I just start randomly clicking on sections?

Yup. Mostly the main GT5 section and the questions and answers. Haven't checked out others, but I'll do so now. It looks like it might be just those who don't have the "fire" icon.

Edit: Looks like its only those that have (or in this case, had ) blue dots and are new (bolded thread title) as I'm seeing this on just about every section. Also, some "active" smilies are sort of "blinking" - like the lol smiliy is showing a face with open mouth, then only the eyes appear, then it goes back to a face with open mouth. Kinda hard to describe it.

That happened to me too, cleared the cache and it was fine.

This is likely a cache issue. You can clear your cache by going to Settings -> Safari -> Clear Cookies & Data.

Hmm...seems the problem just fixed itself (litteraly just right now) without clearing the catche. Odd...but atleast it's fixed. Thanks for the help anyway guys .
