not really, maybe i can re-drive some of my cars, but to be honest, i haven't got the time to spend days with a car to make it always faster, as i did in the past, sadly. i miss the good ol' times!

That blasted freewebs seems to hate updates. Have no worries....I'll definately have a better speed than that, eventually.
It was working fine for about a month of updates, and then went down when you came near it :D funnily enough, it's working again now, so no worries... And good luck. :)

Hey all, I've been lurking around gtplanet for quite some time and I decided to register for an account and try my hand at breaking 300mph.

Toyota Supra RZ

Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3

Pretty sure the Zonda can do more..

I'm currently working on another car, not sure if it'll hit 300 or not. Got it up to about 287mph, rather optimistic about it too.

This 300mph thing is really addictive.:nervous:

well done with your two speeds, be sure to obey all the rules in post #1!

what car are you working on? maybe someone here has tried it too..........

Nice work, xseppukux - but before I put those speeds on the Leaderboard, I've got to ask you to verify that you followed all of the rules outlined in Post #1, as Viper says. Nothing personal, just that we have to make sure the Leaderboard is entirely truthful :)

Good to see some life in here. 👍

I've been inching forward for awhiles...nothing spectacular. :dunce:

Anything new from you guys?

I got reminded of that, this morning...trying to steer the noobs at myspace over in this general direction.

I have quite a few new speeds in new cars, but none of them are new records for the club, so I'm still working on them. I also found my first memory card from Gt4 recently and I am working on completing that one, as high speed testing continously has gifted my copy of GT4 with the freezes.:ouch:

Well, I saw this thread and had to try it, this is my first attempt at the 300+ Club.

Anyone get a Vette over 300 yet???

Well done, Crimson, keep on pushing the old thing up... One step at a time ;)

Hi GrumpEone, and that's a fairly unusual car to start with
As with all new members, though, I must first ask you to verify that you followed all of the rules outlined in Post #1 when getting that speed. Thanks.

The number of Leaderboard Updates is now equal to the speed of the longest-standing World Record.

Yes, I followed all of the Rules; no wheelies, no cheats, no wall rubbings....
Actually I had a 341 with the Pescalaro RC, but I rubbed the wall and the car body was pitching upward in the front, I'm not sure if the wheels were completely touching or not. But here is another folloing all the rules with the Pesky Pescalaro.

Will a saved replay work for proof??

Will a saved replay work for proof??
We don't use replay files for verification here, because I'm the one who makes the final verification decisions, and I have no means of watching MaxDrive replay files. However, for speeds under 350mph, a photo is the only verification needed - except in cases which get our attention for whatever reason, where a video may be requested - by which I mean, a video recorded by capture card or video camera from the replay being played back on a TV. I only asked you to confirm that you followed all of the rules as you're a new member, nothing personal or suspicious - so thanks, and well done :)

Ditto *revenga*, and welcome to the Club, both of you! 👍

Nice work, Crimson, that's quite a jump for that car!

Oh, yes, and thanks, Leo, you old warhorse ;) sixteen it is. :)

Er, yeah, 'Good luck' is one way of putting it! :dopey:

Hi, intake, is this the first time we've had a Mitsubishi as someone's entry car? Certainly the first time it's been that high in the Mitsubishi. Anyway, I have to ask, before putting your speed on the Leaderboard: did you read and follow all of the rules outlined in Post #1?

DE

Not gonna happen, best I could come up with is 235.0MPH on that one. I didn't spend too much time on it though, too heavy & not enough power.

Well if I can beat that 235.0 I'll be happy. If I can take a '62 Skylark Special to 267, I'll find a way on that stang, even if it just makes 267.
