Been trying to find an answer via web but, is there some sort of driver/firmware that can be downloaded to the PS4 for this wheel???

I have the regular T150 for my PS4 - never needed an update and it seems to be working just as it should in GTS, Project Cars 2, Asetto Corsa and numerous other games. What's the problem you're having?

No you've got to use a PC if you want to update the firmware, it's not possible via the PS4.

If you update the firmware from a pc does that stay with the wheel? If so, what does it do?

Yes if you update on PC then the wheel keeps the changes. Not sure what exactly is updated when the firmware is updated, don't think it tells you anywhere.

The latest revision of T150 firmware is 4 years old. I think you're good.
