Ticket Stuck in gift screen??

I recently traded for a LVL 21 ticket, however when I click on it to receive in gifts it just stays there. I tried having someone send a paint chip through and have even received other cars since, but the ticket will not come through.

Any one else ever have this issue?

where does the ticket stay stuck? (in gift recievement?)

It goes through all the prompts but never receives ticket.
Yeah I was planning on opening it.
