Hey guy's,

I just purchased myself the Mazda 787B loveee the rotar motor !!! Especially on idol .. Yumm!! Lol

Anyways im planning on doing the Indy500 - 200laps within the next 24-72hours ... Just wondering how long it takes? And have i got the right car any tips for faster times?

In saying that i was 50/50 on what to buy i was soo close to buying the Audi R10 !! Have i made the right decision?

Im on level 29 atm... Cant wait to unlock the 24hr le mans!!! Wooo :-)

Anyways your help would be great.

Oliver.

Would say 2hr 30min (ish)...

Takes about 2hrs flat with X1 so!

But you choosed right with the 787B... Its just amazing. :D

The Indy 500 should be an open-cockpit race in my opinion, even if it isn't an open-wheel race. The R10 is plenty more than fast enough to win it easily as well. I had to slow mine down to get a fair race.

But the 787B is never a bad choice for anything, because you still get to drive the 787B. However, I would suggest that oval-type racing will accentuate it's biggest annoyance(horribly obvious looping engine sound at very high RPM) a lot more than a track with frequent acceleration from low speeds.

My first time out I ran a 2:23.25.xxx in the Minolta and yes 2hrs in the 787B is overly optimistic..

Thanks for all your advice guys. Ill do it tonight after work seems to be an easy race :) ive boosted my 787B to 830BHP with 729PP with RS tyres lol catch me if u can as they say hahaha

Anyways illl do it tonight & then ill look into a couple of seasonal events again & ill also complete the indy500 in the R10 Audi :-) ill complete the indy500 twice in 2 cars before rhe week ends :-)

Yup, but its a boring race with the X1's anyway.

IMO its a boring race no matter what car you use. X1 just gets it over with a bit faster.

Edit: I found the fuel ran out before the RS tires so don't see the need to go for RH, unless you want a bigger challenge. But this isn't the race to do if you want a challenge anyway.

I did this with the Peugeot 908 HDI FAP, about 2 laps ahead of R8 Race Car. Great race IMO. Also, It took about 2 hours and 35 minutes.

I am also looking deeply into getting the Peugeot 908 HDI. Tossing between that and the AUDI R10 atm.:indiff:

Why do people always talk about buying the Audi R10? It's not in the dealership. Where do people buy it from? :nervous: Sorry about the noobish question

Defiantly is in the dealership section. Once you go into Audi its the last car to buy. 👍

It's in the Premium Dealership in the Audi section. Audi R10 TDI 06.

Thats right, its in the premium section of the Audi dealership. The last car far right is the Audi R10. $4,200,000 👍

Before today, I never had the R8 4.2 Tronic or the R10 RDI in my dealership... :grumpy:
Anyways, thanks for pointing out to me that it's now there 👍👍👍

1 hour 45 mins in the 2010 X1 concept. When I finished I was up by 35 laps lol. My finger got tired of holding the gas down because I never had to let off of it.
