Alright, so when you go to set up an online race in a Time Transition Track, it allows you to switch a couple of things. Time of Day: Pretty self explanetory. Then theres Time Transition Rate or something like that. This controls the quickness of time transitions. Now, I always wanted to know, which is the most 'Realistic' setting? 1 or 60?

It depends on what you want to accomplish if you want a "real" 24hour day transition rate than go 1. That means if you start a race at 1:00 and the race takes 20 minutes then it'll be 1:20 when the race is over. However if you want to run a 1 lap Nurburing and start in daytime and finish in the dark then you have to start at about 14:00 and set the rate to about 45 or 60. Hope this helps.

If you set it to 60, does that mean that a game hour goes by every minute?

So a full day would take 24 minutes?
