Last evening & today morning was doing nothing but studying
@Tidgney 's Le Mans TT guide video. Was pausing more than him (

) to understand the gears used during specific turns, the speed travelling through them & how he maneuvered the car through some of the trickiest braking points/corners.
Rejuvenated thanks to
@Tidgney 's infectious positivity, went about doing runs. My PB was 1:12:4xx but after seeing his guide lap for long, I was able to better my PB to 3:11:199. My optimum was at times in 3:10:858 so I knew I could better my previous PB. This I achieved with M/T.

That's You
@Tidgney (TCR_Tidney) - the ghost car which is right in front out here.
I played the TT again this evening & was having hit & miss with getting close to my PB. I tried a different tactic after setting a session best of 3:11:475. I used to restart the session & developed the mindset that if I invalidate a lap, I'll restart to erase the mistake & also not to just drive 3 minutes more to start a new lap. This way I kind of removed my inhibition of invalidating a lap & being overly cautious.

This time I switched to A/T as I prefer this mode when there are too many gears & when the track is twisty enough to keep changing gears up & down. I after a few restarts managed to best my previous PB by clocking 3:11:082. I really want to get into the 3:10s & with a perfect lap I know I can do this as my Optimum Lap was 3:10:547. Feeling good as was very apprehensive with this TT a few days back.
