Time Trials or Liscense Tests

Which is more difficult - passing the Time Trials or getting Golds in the liscense tests?

I just finished the Time Trials. I passed all the Liscense tests with Bronzes and never tried to get Golds. Since I'm nearing 100% complete I need a new challenge and I thought I might try the liscense tests again.

Agreed. There are more people that have finished the time trials (gotten first) than achieved all gold status in the licenses.
