I started out and beat the first one in about 5 or 6 tries....wow this will be easier than i thought! Cool!

Then i got to the second one and i beat it in maybe 8 or 9 tries....got a little harder but still not bad at all!

I will have 100% in no time.....

then i was scanning through and i was looking for my next one to try....then the last one cought my eye RUF RGT man thats my second fav car in GT3 (only behind the porsche 911(996) ).
MAN! THIS IS HARD! MY BEST IS LIKE 5:03.XX thats over 10 seconds slow...and 5 minutes a try thats crazy long, you slip into the gravel and fail all over again....any pointers on how to cut down my lap times and beat the thing????

Definitely! This Complex String Regulation Time Trial is cumbersome and a LOT of track to be remembering all at once, let alone to not make any mistakes on. Many many times I had a great run going and simply slid off the road in the last 1/4 of the track, forcing me to burst a vessel and start over ONCE AGAIN!

I learned a lesson though, but too late for it to do me any good. See, I started the game out doing those Time Trials and went to finish the License tests later. Only after getting gold on the tests and then going back to do the Time Trials again did I realize what a benefit doing the license tests FIRST would have been to my efforts to complete this one. So, here's my suggestion:

1. IB-6 and/or IB-7 ~ Go get gold on it/them.
2. IA-7 ~ Go get gold on it.
3. IA-8 ~ Go get gold on it.

The only thing you'll need to do after this is learn the "Square Slolam" portion of the track, which is easy compared to getting gold on these tests. Doing this stuff should take you to that level where beating the Complex String RTT is easy and will only take a few tries.

Thanks alot i will try that, reading your post reminded me of when i had a almost perfect run and i spun out in the last turn =/

anyways thanks

Another way is to drive the track a couple of times, looking and remembering the corners and the best way to take them.
After a couple of tries, you'll start to recognize the corners.

It actually took some of you 5-6 tries to do the first one??? I got it first go and i can't get golds from A-6 onwards. The license tests help a little with 10, but i hadn't done them for about six months and it took me about 1 1/2 hours to get it.

A few tips:
USE MANUAL
KNOW THE REV LIMITS (for straights)
KNOW BRAKING AREAS

And you should get it :D :D :D
