whatever-
I was looking for suggestions on time wait between races. I would be useing the automatic start option with a 3 to 5 lap race, shuffle and standard, open lobby. Don't know how to make a poll. Thanks.

Found the poll option.

Depends completely on the type of race, type of qualifying or grid order, how many people are in the room, how familier everyone is with the car/track etc. For a full room of competetive drivers witb qualifying on, I will ussually do around 10 minutes. Less for a shuffle room or a room with less drivers.

This is about the norm I,ve seen

depends on the length of the race.

6 and a half minute nurburgring races i only like about 4 minutes in between.

if i raced any other track, and lap times were under 2 and a half minutes, it would be nice to have 8 minutes or so to run some qualifying laps.

qualifying on the nurb takes forever though, so 4-5 minutes is plenty. atleast now we can set it to fastest first on previous results, so each race is like the qualifier for the next race. starting last gets old, quick.

Just not enough to do 2 (flying) qualifying laps, only one + in-lap + a little time to get in.

On Nürburgring it depends on how many laps the race is. If one lap, then 5 min max, better 4. If it's two or more laps, a break of 5min or more is welcome.

But seriously: Qualifying for online races sucks. Start in reverse finishing order and make it 4min anyway...

5 minutes is enough to select a new car and adjust the settings. Qualification is nice but I'd rather go straight to the race.

Yes, it totally depends on how many participants there are in the lobby amd how profoundly they're familiared with the aptitudes of cars on various tracks with various weather condition.

If there are only 2~4 people in the room a 5-minutes pause will suffice for all of them as a waiting, but if there are much more it would probably take approximately 7~10 minutes for all of the participants to finish their settings along with their chosen machines. ;)
