I´m new. I want to know if it exists a timetable or ranking about the best lap time or something like that.

At the top of your screen there is a menu, on it there is an option called "Leaderbosrds." You can browse here, but for some reason (don't ask me why) can't submit a time.

I dont' think the leaderboards are properly maintained here. At least that's what i read awhile back.

However, there are leaderboards in GTP pertaining to certain rules and on certain tracks. Have a look here, or in the RTST link in my sig.
