Guys, I really need some help on Legends i just cant seem to go very fast and Im probably not the only one too. Specifically for Lanier And South Boston. Where do i brake? Should i brake? Where do i corner? What gears should i use? Anything could help.

Do not brake and stay in 4th gear. Throttle out of the corner, then let of just before you turn in. Coast around roughly halfway then apply some throttle until you feel you can push it to the floor then let the momentum take you out towards the wall.

At first, use the driving line aid. It helps with positioning and gives you a rough guide as to when to turn in.

Thats what ive been doing except I usually go into 3rd around the corners am i going to slow then?

Maybe, its hard to tell. I find sticking in 4th to be better. When I first started I dropped to 3rd and found that sometimes the engine slows that much that it can upset the balance of the car sending you into a spin.

I'm no expert on the legends, had countless races with only one win, few podiums and a handful of top 5's.

However all my fastest times have been set by sticking in 4th.

I actually just had a race and got 5th. That was my first actual legends race and i only got 4x Penalty. But i just don't know how someone lapped me 3 times...

Personally the main thing that helped me out with Ovals was practice with the nice pretty driving line offline. Sometimes people set a lot of fast times by drafting too so beware of that too.

I still hop into online sessions to practice racecraft, etc of course.
