I'm doing the Route 11 Wet II in Rally mode, and it's not like i'm stumped but i tend to hit the walls a lot and i'm thinking, you know, there's got to be a better way to do this. I'm using the Ford Focus with 504 hp. I just want some tips or any settings i can tinker with to improve this. I'm NOT good at tinkering or tweaking cars at all. I have no idea what i'm doing when i try it, so who better to ask than the experts. Enlighten me!! :D

:D Super Soft tyres, Maximum Downforce & GENTLE Gas, Brake & steering input. Focus shouldn't really need any "tweaking" if I remember these races. BTW: don't know why these Races are in the Rallye section as you DO NOT need a rallye car to run them!!! Hope this helps...UB57
:D

Tem suckers are stuck 2 da road

I hate people who cheat^^^^^^

Its quite easy if use the Subaru Imprezza LM Race Car....it works good, and it doesnt involve cheating.....!!!!!!

Yup, i don't mind sharkports to get the hidden cars, but using cheats like that ruins the game...personally i used an F1, so i guess i can't talk! ;)

Wouldn't the wet tarmac make your car dirtier? (In most of the tarmac rallies, e.g. Spain when the track is wet usually the cars are all brown at the end ;))

ZZII owns the wet courses... I didn't even need soft tires with it, t5 mediums were fine. Margin of victory was close to a full lap on the hardest race...

You need to make sure that you don't use the brakes or throttle when you have a large amount of steering angle.

Impreza Rally. Max downforce. 400bhp. Brake hard and steer into bend. Plenty of drift. Floor it when straight. No probs.

Don't wash car - flat-out down main straight will remove most flies, tar spots, dodgy 'go-faster' stickers, etc.

Two of your heaviest mates on the rear seat (if fitted - 200 creds from Tune Shop) might help at hairpins, especially if they can lean at the right moments! ;)

I just think rally. I did the wet course with a Lancer VI TME.

Just slip and slide around the corners dude. Thats the easiest way to do it.

Special Stage Route 11 Wet II? I don't have this course. Is it only for the Pal version?

If it is, darn!! :banghead:

Thanks for the tips guys. I took neurokinetiks advice and used the ZZ II and it really worked well. I was like 8 seconds ahead of the AI. The ZZ II was perfect for the job

Thanks.:)
