Tips on Getting Gold in the GTR Showdown?

I had trouble with this one too. I've never really been a fan of the new GTRs, since they feel like they have too much understeer for my taste. I had initially tried with a tuned Spec V, but kept failing to win. I eventually revisited with my 15th AE GTR NISMO GT3 and a Praiano tune. Won it no prob.

I don't think you get to choose the car with which to do this mission race. I think you might be confusing it with the one-make...
