I'm still in Beginners league, and when I wanne buy other tires, all I can choose from is "Simulation Tires" or "Sport tires". I see posting about supersoft- and hard tires....where does this come in?????

Those would be the no tread racing tyres. They range in durability and grip. The cheapest racing tyres are the super-hard slicks which last for ages (usually around 10 laps or so) but take a 2 or 3 laps to heat up and give maximum grip,so you need to exercise caution for the 1st few laps. The most expensive are the super soft slicks which heat up instantly and give maximum grip but the downside is you'll only get a few laps out of these babies.
However,in the beginner league tyre wear isn't a factor and doesn't become an issue until later in the game (very late stages of the amateur league i think). This means if you can afford them and you love your chosen steed, fit her with super soft slicks and watch your lap times tumble. :cheeburga

OK, you go to the main tire screen, and you see 4 selections:
Simulation, Sport, Racing, and Dirt

go into the Racing tires(I think it's racing...it's the 3rd button from the left). you should see T1 through T8, and the names. Super soft are the best, with the most traction you can get. I would suggest getting these if you still have a lot of beginner and amature races to do. When you get to professional, you'll need to get hard tires cause they'll last long with the tire wear on.

Or if you have the hybrid program, you can get T8.5, which is the best. :D

Use it early on in the game and get used to it, because later on youll need it for the long races so you wont need to pit.
