Tire Wear Question

anyone know about editing this outside of Gameshark codes? *hint hint* MKS and some of its mysterious lines?

my guess would be since the downforce codes are 0, that if you find the tire sequence and change it to 0 then it wouldnt be able to change it, but there is a no tire wear code for the game shark, hint hint, game shark .com
