How do you know about our opinion on the world countries, you don't live here.

I think that the guestmap is interesting. I live in Wisconsin, as you all can read on my location.

It is common opinion that Americans have little or no knowledge of the rest of the world.

And the guest map is overrated as you can only fit a few people in one certain area. i.e. I was the first person to post on the map and i posted around the London area and surprise surprise i've been covered up by a good 10 more people.

@ DemonSeed: You can't tell people to not get annoyed when someone generalises so rediculously.

@ full_wick: Considering this is a worldwide forum, wouldn't you regard leaving out 190 odd countries to be a little brash? Surely continents would have been more suitable.

The problem is that he didn't say United Kingdom, he said England. Simple. I was just amused by the fact that you told people not to get angry at his ignorance. You can't tell people to not get annoyed when someone generalises so rediculously.

Maybe he listed the only names that 'mean' anything to him. Notice there is a "Someplace Else" option for every other nuke and cranny that makes up the rest of the earth. If you want a better, more complete poll, start one. This poll was for his information and he chose options that were evidently important to his informational needs/wants. He didn't liet Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Samoa, Carribean, Mexico. Perhaps we should list all 193 countries in the world:

Well I'm not quite from America and not quite from Canada. Michigan is where I live, it's kinda the bastard child of the two countries. We get all the perks of Canada (hockey, beer, outdoors, and uhhhh I guess the Yooper language) with all the beauties of America.

Michigan would be an awesome place to live if it didn't completly suck. The winters a long and cold, the summers are long hot and humid, we have 3 weeks of spring and 3 weeks of fall. The roads are the worst in the nation, we all drive like insane people, we call it pop, and we hate Ohio. Yes Michigan!

So, Ford Motor Company can be considered Canadian-American car company eh?

I've lived in Michigan all my life, trust me its very Canada-esque. And Ford and GM are North American car companies.
