mid tune, but I don't have enough time atm to do any more optimization. there were also a lot of mistakes in the lap, but being ultra precise wasn't my goal here

Hej fellas,
today is the final day of this competition and I want to thank everyone who participated so far. ❣️

As usual I am deeply impressed what you guys make possible 💪 and appreciate that you not only shared your lap but also your settings. This is the friendly atmosphere I experienced in the time trial section (Cheers, @half_sourly !) and other areas of Gtplanet before but still is not standard.

Because this day ends everywhere at a different time I will publish the results tomorrow. Once again thank you and ATAQ might return somewhen again...

I might be on the super cusp of the time limit, but I'll try and set it up today and have a few laps at this.

With work and uni, playing online is mostly gone, so a nice timetrial is always nice

(plus as a Europleb, those NA slots are a no no)

You are still welcome and you might have already seen that some fast guys also published their settings. Just in case you are looking for some support... Good luck and have fun!
 
Assuming it's not too late to submit a time, I got a 1:25.804 with the tune posted below (plus widebody, wide rim offset and full aero kit). Not the fastest lap but it felt pretty good to me, and this thing drives really well honestly. :D

Did a 1.26.439 after 15-20 Laps.

Had some error uploading to youtube, but I'll try and solve it tomorrow.

It was a pretty fun and technical timetrial.
If I tidied up S1 and S3, getting into the high 1.25's would be pretty doable.

It is a nice way to learn about tuning and what different car upgrades do to your car. I sadly didn’t have a lot of time to take part as much as I would I like but I’m down for an other round eventually😁

You are also known from the official time trial thread and you don't have to prove anything. I am happy that some "big guns" dared to go for this little challenge, too.
 
@Gorefast let's talk about bravery. Though it may seem absurd and dumb... Wanna give a Volkswagen Sambabus a try around the outer space visitor infested Mount Panorama? Never done it myself, but sounds so ridiculous it could be fun lol Or a Capuccino in Comfort Hards, tuned to 140-160 HP at Tsukuba. No power, no grip...pure driving skills 🤔

I’m thinking about running my challenge from August 31 to September 7. I’ll give you guys the details on August 30 has I’m still mixed between 2 track but the car will be one of my personal favourites: the Alfa Romeo Giulia GTam 2020 using sport soft tires. Target pp to follow…
