Ok my headset is charged and im feeling spunky! Im at a wedding getting loaded then home for a nap. When i awake i expect some racing of some sort!
 
I need to get some Lemans practice in.
 
tried 2 cars last night, 1) Oreca Nissan 2) P20

one if them gave me weird handling, over steer here and there and not too much a top speed.

the other one gives me confidence and I can attack the corner, straight line speed is about 8~10km/h difference.


I made a decision already.

Open top cars handle great, closed top have top speed but dont handle. Its like a pick your poison kinda move:confused:

Tjger and i ran some laps the other night and i would get away on straights then guess who i seen in corners. Yup, tjger killed me in corners. So you cant pick wrong, go for what feels good!

I did some testing last night with Manny @ LeMan....

3:50.111 with some glitches, have to try harder to get into the 48-47 range

BTW, finding some brake points by night will be a hell... :banghead: :ouch:

And very nice looking white/red Playseats. I'm happy to see that the Thrustmaster wheels are build able on the Playseats (or did you change anything like drilling new holes...?...).

Next thing.
Great hosting job by mphile77 tonight. A public room flooded with GT3 class racers.

So here's an early glimpse into the schedule.

June 25th mphile77 will produce a Main Event.
July 23rd Alex will produce the next Main Event.
August 20th Manny wants a shot at it.
Hopefully this can carry on to anyone I personally think can handle the responsibilities.
I want to see fresh ideas from you guys. Not just a one sided idea from me.

Don't worry about the Grand Events.
June 11th tjger will take Lemans.
July 9th ?????? will produce one.
August 6th mazda will join us and produce one. Hopefully its at Laguna Seca or Watkins Glen.
September 3rd ???????? will produce a Grand Event.

Those chosen will have total freedom and liberty to create anything they want.

Everyone who wants the opportunity will get the chance to create an Event either now or in the distant future.
This will carry over into Gran Turismo 7
This will reduce my one sided attitude about how things should be run.

This will breed new creativity and foster leadership as a Race Organizer.
If you guys need help. Let me know.

Basically everyone is going to get the opportunity to produce something.
I'm always getting great ideas from the guys.
Either it gets shot down due to scheduling conflict or it lacks something that would make it a success.
IE:
Karts at Daytona Road Couse....at Night.
Formula GT at GT Arena.

We'll see.
Probably nothing will come of it.

For my event i will go open wheel and say formula c, funs cars once them damn tire heat up! So we can run a small race of that as well. Track will be donington park gp.
 
So for breakfast its v8 supercars at winton raceway, oh and eggs ,toast, and sausage! Love findind this when my tv turns on and its just there for me!!

Edit: then the pirelli serries followed by german touring cars, and last super carts. Boy my dvr will be working today! How sexy is the Bentley!

Emergency, my lil girls was running and she trip and hit her head! She open up so we had to take her to a hospital to get stitches
