:gtpflag:Alright Gentlemen :gtpflag:

We are less than a week away from the start of our GT3 season

I'll get everyone's car pictures posted tomorrow night.

Again check out page one for all the details for the upcoming races.

 The Nurburgring GP race is finalized.

So if anyone wants. Take the info and set up your own practice race. Invite anyone and everyone.

One thing of note is the date. Since we are running our series in the fall.
We can't use current dates or future weather predictions.

If so the track temperatures would be too cool to build any heat in the tires.
So all dates will be simulated 3 months back.

The Nurburgring GP race. Sept 18th will be June 18th.

Also the race will be a simulated delay due to rain and the time progression set to 10X.

Hint: The sun will probably drop beyond the horizon giving us some night driving.

 Hey, the fans aren't leaving the stands until we race.
Night driving, that's my fetish

Has anyone discovered if its possible to change tire compounds during qualifying.
I know we can adjust the fuel level for qualifying and the start of the race.

If it can't be done. We'll see who's on a one or two stop strategy. :sly:

Yeah similar to what adam said, ive seen a 55 from oz and i think samsung has a 55 as well? My best is a 56 but my race pace is mainly 58's and an occasional 57 in there. Im still trying to figure out how I managed a 56 :lol:.
Oh and i do believe the fast times were done on soft slicks, that was the case for me.

No problem. Pick one and I'll post a picture of it on page one.
I'm sure I'll be on tonight so anyone who wants to practice, join me if you can.

Alrighty Gents, count me in for Friday's festivities. I will proudly pilot a Ginetta. Now I better get going so I can practice and read up on the story of "The Tortoise and the Hare".
Ok guys get a friend request sent to this guy!! He will need help going through the tunning process and doing pit setup as well. Not sure when he plans on getting on but look for him and help him out!! Im on starting tues night and should be on every night till the race.

Great practice tonight.
Falling track temperatures played a huge role in how the tires were working.

ADDED: If you watched your brake and engine temperatures.
You could notice a change too.

Is the room going to be set at 13:00 with 10x progression? Is weather on 10x also?

Weather at 2X.
Time 10X at 1400 hours.

I'm sure tonight will be another opportunity to practice.
Join in if you can. Usually around 7:00 PM EST.

Excellent practicing tonight.
I was impressed by the drivers who were testing the Mercedes SLS AMAG GT3s.

As we get closer to Friday night.
Things you may want to do.
-Take out your PCars disc and wipe it clean.
-Run a blu-ray disc cleaner through your PS4.
-Make sure your controller is getting a full charge.
-Make sure you have a comfortable sitting position.
-Begin training yourself to live without fluids or find a human fluid draining/capture device.
--The real race drivers do it, we will too.

-Double check and keep a recorded copy of your settings.
-Monitor the track temperatures and adjust your tires' pressures, radiator openings and brake ducts accordingly.

Formulate a plan for each of your stints. Where do you want to qualify, pace, and push if needed through out the race.
*Most importantly, try to get a feel for your competition.

In the words of your pit engineer. "Probe for weaknesses."

Ok after using the merc it ain't that bad just got no brakes. Can't see that being a good thing as the sun romantically sets in the horizon. Oz was telling me the races are at 8Est but I'm seeing 1300 start time, I could have heard wrong.
