To buy in EU or US PSN account?

I'm considering to buy some of the DLC packs. I have two different accounts, one spanish account (EU therefore) and the other one is from US. The account I use to play GT5 is the spanish one.
If I buy the DLCs in the spanish account, I will pay in € but if I do it in the american account, in $ (obviously). I assume DLCs have the same price but in € or $ depending where you are, so my question is:
If I buy DLCs in PSN US Store, i will save money because €>$, but will I be able to use it normally in my spanish account?
What if I create another account in other country (f.e. JPN account) to look for better prices? (maybe ¥ to € exchange is better)

This all depends on where your actual disc is from, not the cost, DLC cannot be region mixed.

My GT5 game was bought in Spain so I guess it's PAL. What you are saying is that if I have a PAL game and buy the DLC in US PSNStore I won't be able to use it? Damn it...
