BTW, do you others have high race quality as the recommended one when opening a public lobby?

If we can find a way to make that work, I'd favor it by now. Seriously, in Season 3 there were some great races even without the magical 16 drivers. The only problem is how we divide the field, as there's more than enough competitive drivers and I believe everyone wants to take on the top class drivers...

Seems to have been done a bit too quickly, I think there should be a discussion about the future of it as there is interest in taking part.

That could be a while though, just do 12 players or a split series.
