Dreamy Ghost most likely, Speed Box the team i don't think so considering they disbanded after the first TXR.
The key here is Wanderer "SPEEDBOX," also known as "Street Tank," a former member of Team SPEEDBOX.

SPEEDBOX disbanded with TXR2, but since TXR0 (JP ver.), his profile has always stated, "He hopes the team will reunite." In TXR2/0, this entry in his profile may have simply been flavor text to make him appear as a poor man whose efforts were not rewarded, but from TXR3 onwards, many fans have come to interpret it as text containing the meta-reason that "it is virtually impossible to reunite the team because they cannot obtain a Honda license." And that's why, with the acquisition of Honda's license, many fans like @RageRacer are hoping that his efforts will finally be rewarded after nearly 20 years.

Genki seems to be constantly researching what the community wants for TXR2025, so perhaps his efforts will truly be rewarded.

...To write this simply would be nothing more than baseless wishful speculation, but there is actually another reason that may provide some basis.

What is it? In fact, the rivals that SPEEDBOX had been eyeing as necessary members for the team's reunion also do not appear in TXR2025.

Yamato Saburo, a member of the team COMMANDER, was a man that SPEEDBOX had their eye on as a potential member when they reunited the team, but he turned down SPEEDBOX's invitation in TXR3. However, for some reason, he disappeared from COMMANDER in TXR2025.
He has been a member of COMMANDER since its formation, and whenever the team appears in GRP racing games, he is always included.
And when he turned down SPEEDBOX's invitation, he explained that "I am attached to the team, so I have no intention of listening to your invitation unless our leader is defeated."
Furthermore, in TXR2025, it is stated that COMMANDER has lost its unity as a team, and that the veteran members who were attached to the team have left the team out of disappointment, with the only remaining members being individualists with no interest in team activities.

Considering these two points, it seems possible that he was disappointed with COMMANDER and accepted SPEEDBOX's offer.

As an aside, "Phantom Babe" from "TOP LEVEL" and "Killing Machine" from "Unlimited" are also rivals related to SPEEDBOX, but in their case, the teams they belong to are considered strong in the game, and even if they do appear in TXR2025, it will likely be in a later chapter, so it would be premature to point to SPEEDBOX as the reason they are not appearing in Early Access.
Furthermore, in the case of Killing Machine, he is not a necessary member for SPEEDBOX to reunite; from his perspective, he is like an arch enemy who betrayed the team, so it is highly unlikely that he will team up with SPEEDBOX again.

At the moment honestly we have no idea if either SPEEDBOX returns as a team or as a wanderer (but considering Honda has been officially confirmed i wouldn't be surprised if in some way SPEEDBOX reappears).

Adding onto the SPEEDBOX talk, I'm afraid to say the team probably won't make a reappearance.

But a very similar all NSX team might be taking their place instead.

Recalling that Cupid ran Civics in 1 and 2 before switching to an Eclipse team, would Genki rework them and other Honda alums currently in game to return to the brand? Would they leave them be, maybe adding a few new team members to rosters in the process that could touch that history, while it's mainly saved for the new rivals yet to be released?

T-minus 2 hours and 10 minutes until the next video/announcement...

I wonder if it's okay for me to post just 3 of the boss emblems found in the datamined stuff here because they are way too interesting to not think about, even more so than any returning bosses or teams in fact.

A mysterious rival emblem. It appears to be an illustration of a masquerade woman's face, so it is likely a female driver.

Aw... no hints of the FD2R Civic Type R anywhere?

(Edit: why did I realize that they called it a NA2, when it's the NA1?)

The NSX's NA2 simply refers to the engine displacement, and has nothing to do with the facelift.
NSXs equipped with the C30A engine are NA1 even after the facelift, while NSXs equipped with the C32B engine are NA2 even if they have pop-up headlights.

The model they have added to the game this time is the pop-up headlight model, but because it is equipped with a C32B, it is NA2.

The reason why many people refer to the pop-up headlight model as the NA1 is probably because the C32B was only added to the manual transmission model midway through its model life, and because in many racing games, the pop-up headlight model is often the NSX-R equipped with the C30A.
On the other hand, even after the facelift, automatic transmission models continued to be equipped with the C30A, so technically it would be NA1, but because this trim very rarely appears in racing games, many people tend to recognize or refer to them as "pop-up headlights are NA1, and facelift models are NA2."

One thing I think would be very cool while also incredibly frustrating is if one of the final bosses is the S30 "Devil Z", then either you win and are forced to race a RZ34 evolution or it becomes a multi car battle with the old car And the new one.

Just started playing this evening and I'm having a great time with it, I don't really understand everything yet but I'm having fun learning as I go. I just beat Eternal Polaris and unlocked the whole map so I'm looking forward to getting stuck in.

Very glad to see Honda finally show up, but the LFA is a hugely welcomed surprise. I’m guessing that’s going to be intended for late game bosses/ownership as I’m sure it’ll take some grinding to afford.

This is purely speculation on my part and not based on data mining or anything like that, but given that the LFA is expensive and a front-engine, RWD sports car with a V10 engine, I think it might be used by rivals who drove Vipers in past series.

Many of the rivals who used Vipers were relatively wealthy, such as the owner of a popular Chinese restaurant or a popular actress, so it wouldn't be strange if they owned an LFA.

You're talking about the team Thunder Dragoon/Asian Ages.
