TR was a great success. New one is coming? That's amazing :)

I've bought it in the Steam summer sale, but haven't played it a lot yet. I want to play it in 3D on my projector, but with the current heatwave the temperature in my room becomes unbearable. First world problems FTL

It's happening already. I suggested this would happen but some quoted me and claimed I was making no sense.

All you can do is point and laugh. :p

As I've said to someone earlier, I already have this on PC with the same features - don't need them again.

I can see this happening with loads of 2013 games which came out on last gen, another way to make some dosh. Would be interesting to see how different it looks.

It is already confirmed.

30 frames per second on Xbox One
60 frames per second on PS4

For those who haven't played Tomb Raider on PS3/xbox360 this is perfect opportunity to add this almost perfect game to he's collection. Looks breathtaking.

The heck?! 30 fps on Xbone? Great... I think I'll settle for the PS4.

I don't think I want to play another generation of console games stuck in 30 fps lucid dream mode, no thanks!

I still think TR 2012 was one of the best single player campaign games from 2012. Right up there with The Last Of Us and GTA5.

For those of you that enjoy Tomb Raider 2012, make sure to check out the free game of the month on the 360. It is Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light. 2 player co-op campaign. FREE!

I've played pretty much all the TR games, and the 2012 version to date is without a doubt the best one I've experienced.

Recently got GTA5. Seems interesting!

so I recently got/downloaded TR: Difinitive Edition from the PSN on my PS4 (it was on sale.) I'm not sure if it is an issue with my install or with the digital version, but all of the animations in the game are overly fast and jerky, from fire and water animations, to lara's movement. (to the point where it is hard to play the game) Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I just remembered I actually downloaded this for free (along with Playstation All-Stars) months ago courtesy of Playstation Plus. Once the craziness of school and the holidays die down, I think I'm gonna finally just sit down and play it. I enjoyed watching the gameplay videos on youtube so I may enjoy playing it and of course, its been a long time since I've played a Tomb Raider Game (admittingly, nothing outside the PS1 as I sorta was caught up with GT and Tekken and MK by the time I was done with the first game).

Also, Dat Lara :O

Bought the Definitive Edition on PS4 after playing it for free on the PS3 with PS Plus. Awesome game.
I like the extra art under extras on the PS4 edition. Shame they ditched the horse idea. Also thought the enemies looked more interesting and intimidating than what we actually got in the game.

Looking forward to the 2nd game. A shame that timed exclusive BS means we need to wait even longer...

I'm holding out in case it's free with gold soon. Now ACBF is the first full release to be offered on that program, I've got a feeling more of the early titles could be.

I don't suppose these backwards compatible games look or sound better on an X1. I mean why should they, right?

@CAMAROBOY69 Are you getting Gears of War remastered? Looks insane man. I miss that game! :D

Cole Train: "Aww, isn't that cute?"

Dom: "Yeah, like two a**holes on a first date."

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Correct. The BC games all play identical since you are playing an X1 emulator to run the 360 game.

However, you are able to be in a party chat on the X1, record videos, and take pics all using the X1 features. BC games work VERY well.

Yes I bought the GOW Ultimate edition.

ALso this is not the BC version of Tomb raider. It is the full X1 version. FREE!

Good call because it is indeed FREE next from September 16th to October 15th. Glad I waited too. Now I will be getting it for sure! :)

To see if this is the divine universe working, I'm going to wait on Ryse, in case it's free with gold soon. I did have it not long after launch and got bored of it, but that was long before screen captures and I want pretty Roman pictures.

I've started playing this on Xbox One and I've really enjoyed it so far. Some great cinematic angles during up-close or dramatic scenes and what feels like tight controls so far.

It looks really good visually, considering it's a remaster and the Xbox version isn't the best of the three. Great for gratis.

Wait.. this isn't Rise of the Tomb Raider is it? Because that's a new game altogether.

Edit: Oh never mind; I scrolled up and realized this is the remastered X360 version you're playing.
