TommyKaira(トミーカイラ), formally Tomita Yume Hanbai(株式会社トミタ夢販売), is a Japanese car tuning and manufacturing company founded on May 1, 2002 and headquartered in Minami-ku, Kyoto, Japan. The company was named after its two founders, Yoshikazu Tomita and Kikuo Kaira. Its parent company was originally founded in 1968 as Tomita Yume Kōjō(株式会社トミタ夢工場). Several of its TommyKaira's custom cars have appeared in Gran Turismo.

TommyKaira has hand-built only 200 vehicles, but these extreme machines rose up to cult-like status through the vehicle’s portrayal in Gran Turismo. The TommyKaira ZZ-II was and still is legendary in the video game.

Well, as times move on, TommyKaira has moved forward, too. Introducing the reborn ZZ roadster, TommyKaira sprung back to life the ZZ name in this latest offering; the TommyKaira ZZ EV.

The ZZ EV zips from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, boasts a range of 120 kilometers, weighs in at a svelte 850 kg and puts out 305 hp and 306 pound-feet of torque.

Electric? :yuck: I want big, big petrol engines in everything!

(tongue in cheek Clarkson moment, to be shrugged off as such)

Have never heard about this good-looking car. It has my vote because of the looks and performance , but slightly minus for the electric engine but it's green and fast so that's a plus :P

There are only 4-5 Tommy Kaira in GT6, there was more back in GT2 but like many other GT2 cars it's just disappeared when GT3 came out.

A Modern Premium Tommy road car would be welcomed. Especially since a lot of people in GT6 online uses that 2000 ZZ-II car.
