I was not a big gamer but then i got gt5 and cant stop lol i have always had a hard time stopping though and i found an article about using the hand brake and foot brake at the same time. I looked at the controlls menu to see which button the hand brake was and it turns out i have been using only the hand brake the whole time lol i made it to level 36 and through almost all races to endurance only with the hand brake lol now im using the foot brake and this game got really easy lol

Seriously though, didn't you notice the smoke and sliding and think that was a bit odd.

Wow, so your a drifter!?! You should think about spoiling yourself, and increasing the experience with a wheel and a chair. I use a G27 with a Playseats, both are waiting for you on Amazon.com.

Serious though, you don't need to be a gamer to know how to drive a car....Also this is proof how bad AI really is.

I know lol all my adjusting never seemed to help lol when i got gt5 i picked up the controller and thought go, stop, turn, im ready lol
 
If you didnt know how cars work why did you buy a racing game.

The real driving sim eh? When you can get almost all of the game finished without touching the brake. Way to go sony & pd lol

If he can do Suzuka in a standard Nissan GT-R, without brakes and still get a decent time, I'll eat my shoe.

Yes, it was the only way lol using regular brakes now stops really good but i have to learn to drive all over again. Im used to slowing down a little, sliding out my rear end and hitting the throttle to straighten me out. I will admit i had to use overpowered cars to win with enough torque to pull me out of the turns.
 
I cant break old habbits though, my driving style now is i slow down with regular brakes before a turn but i let go and tap the hand brake so i can still spin my rear end around in the turn. I have thought i was bad at this game and was scared to race online but give me a few days to practice my new brakes and i will be able to compete , ill be racing online next week .
 
use a GT-R on the nordschliefe and tell me what time you get.

Did you have Driving Aids on?
The AI isnt much of a challenge so winning races drifting through every turn is possible.

Why? The AI is so bad, i don't see how he could not attempt this.
 
I'd actually love to see you do a lap in the arcade drift mode on Eiger and see what score you get. Not trying to be a douche, this is a genuine comment.
