Todays tip- be thankful for any help someone gives you. I said this before but it irks me when people ask for help and get it and don't care to thank the person that gave it to them. If you pm someone your setup and ask them for advice on it at least have the decency to thank them for their time. We don't mind helping out, but it is not our job to do so. So if someone takes the time to give you a hand, be mindful and thank them for it. They could have been doing something else beside putting effort into YOUR tune. Don't forget that.

And people wander why they get 🤬 for a response when they ask for help here.

Lol, no problem. 👍

You are fantastic you have great tunes you have helped so many people (including me) learn how to drag tune and now these wonderful daily tips. I just wanted to thank you and the world needs more people like you who go out of their ways just to help other people. Thank you.

Todays tip- Don't use race cars at the drag strip. This is a good indicator that you have no clue to what you are doing. Not a problem, but if you want to learn to tune and get better or even be taken seriously or be treated with any respect don't do this. The end result usually is you getting your ass handed to you and then getting clowned by everyone in the room.

Happens every room i enter. Or else they try race Honda's in a Evo or something. It's good to see them get beat by good tuners in cars that are way slower 👍 but when they start crying about it

Todays tip- Keep notes while tuning. You don't need to write down your whole set up every time you make an adjustment, but at least make a note of changes. I was tuning today and achieved a record time (personal record) and made an adjustment with my tranny that ended up being for the worst and wasn't able to correct my mistake. If I took notes beforehand or changed setting sheets that could have been avoided.

Sorry man

Yeah I made a great Mach 1 tune for tunnel, it had no shift lag whatsoever. Unfortunately, my brain decided to change the adjustment, and I lost it. Forever until I work on it again lol

That SUCKS! I've been trying to tune my Mach 1 to have no shift lag for months. I just gave up on it.

Todays tip- Buy ssrx if you haven't already. It will help your tunes tremendously. You'll be able to see the effects of the adjustments you make and end up with better results.

Todays tip-
Patience is important while tuning because you're not going to come up with a beast tune in 5 minutes. It takes alot of trial and error. There is no universal setup for being fast. You have to tune for each individual car you run.
