Hi there!

I've just started a website in which, every week, I'll upload a new review on a car I've tested, I've done one already, the Vitz RS 1.5 '07, and hope to have many more up.

But, there's no point in doing all this, if no ones going to read it, so, I've started this thread to promote it.

Good effort but I agree with btcanon, do something about the font and the spacing of the words too (so you don't have lines with only one word), it will look tons better =)

Feralshooter
I get "access denied" (in really small print too) lol. Maybe cause I'm on a phone?

Click anywhere else in his post except for the link, then when you get to that page click the link.

Any "leaked" information on possible future cars around the office

On a more serious not (still not serious) it seems it's very much worth a look and continual intrest

Thanks everyone!

I'm hoping to get a half decent capture card soon, so the power laps will be of a much better quality, I've already got the next car lined up, I'll enlighten you all tomorrow!

Erm, are you sure that's a good idea? You know, using BBC intellectual property like that to create your own website?

Interesting idea I suppose but I have the same concern as ^...

There are alot of references on the site that could bring some definitely unwanted attention. There is also a good amount of people that wont take you seriously because of it. Just sayin ;)

My $0.02 would be to come up with something totally original and truly yours.

This.

Not that the concept isn't a good idea, but there is a reason for sites like GTP and Mygranturismo, for example, to not have any logos of GT. The same goes for Top Gear...

You also may want to look over your writing style. There are, far too many, unnecessary, commas breaking up, your sentences, like this.

A very good read.

My only problem with it is that it's a (teeny) bit childish.
What I mean is, try to refrain from using exclamation marks too often; and try to use better wording. ("fun, little car" doesn't sound too good).

^All of this is simply constructive criticism; nothing bad meant by it.

I would also pay heed to this^ as you don't want to get into bother. :p

And TG is?

Well yes actually in many ways it is. The main divide is that Top Gear is real. Do the same test on a track on GT4 and 5 same cars, youll get different results, and different results again with GT6. It will one day be accurate. Just saying.

What so an MC12 is .1 seconds faster than an Enzo; making it the faster car?
The lap times are so unaccurate it's quite funny actually.

I dont even watch Top Gear anymore its become too much of a joke. My point to the guy whos doing his site is just that GT5 isnt that accurate, and for me personally, that takes away any reason to be too specific with it. Also GT6 could be closer than we realise. After the complaints about the time between GT4 and GT5, I remember reading Polyphony might be working on GT6 for the PS3.

Dear BBC, I've recently noticed your new Top Gear website for the racing game GT5. As an adjunct to your television series that has featured this video game I think you should get the actual presenters to contribute content.

Just thought you should know...
