Top gear test track

Please could someone help me, simply by telling me how I am able to host the top great text track online.

I'm assuming you unlocked the track.

If so, when you go to the online lobby, down the bottom left you can click a button to 'create new' room. Here you get the chose the track, number of laps, all that kind of stuff. Just pick top gear track and wait for people to join. once your in there too you can set regulations on HP and weight, types of tires etc etc....

I've unlocked the track in single player, but i cant find it in the choose a track online part
