As if OP's matter anymore,
I wonder why it's so easy to fool you with 600mph...
Anyway, 320mph is about max
 
Okay, so i jsut did like the Wind again, and got up to 315 with draft, so 320+ with another X1 is possible.
 
Drafting so far toped out at 332 ( Sarth no chicanes ) but it takes a good friend willing to make multiple tries ..just against AI top speed I have seen was 308 mph ..but most times you can't look unless you wan't to eat wall ..so if you just try for good drafts and check replay when you think you knocked off a good run your better off .

Other than you, the only other countries I know which don't use metric are Liberia and Myanmar.

I don't really care whether you use mph/kph, the conversion is rather simple if you know some basic values.

300Mph I think would be impossible in real life(duhhh) but this game isn't 100% real so I think its possible in game.

Lol in real life there's jet cars doing 3 times the top speed of the x1, so it is very possible the problem is trying to get a company to make a car that costs billions of dollars to make. If the x1 existed, no matter what the car would be made of if it crashes at 300mph then the driver would die in milliseconds. Anyhow this feature they recently added was already in gt4 when it came out, but it's nice to have it again.
 
Anyone else want Nitrous Oxide and the test track back? Imagine the speeds the X2010 could do round there!
 
i see people are saying 300+ isnt possible but i really think it is. pre 1.06 i got my x2010 up at 302 in a slip stream on SSR7 but that was with suspension set rock solid and maxxd final gear and no aero. i'd say 350? then you'd probably run out of power :P
